NCSLA 2025 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Maui, Hawaii – June 15 – 18, 2025
Seas of Change: Ride the Wave with NCSLA
Conference Information
The Maui Department of Liquor Control and its sister Hawaii liquor commissions join to welcome our members and guests to the much-anticipated annual conference on the Valley Isle! In the past, NCSLA members have been loyal supporters of Aloha State venues for the annual conference, and it is particularly apropos that NCSLA will play a prominent role in supporting Maui following the August 2023 Lahaina wildfires.
Many of you have asked about other ways to show support for the Maui recovery. We have been asked to direct support to Hawaii Community Foundation or Maui Strong Fund if members wish to give additional support. Mahalo!
We look forward to making your visit a memorable one as Maui truly has something for everyone, in keeping with the well-known motto “Maui No Ka Oi” (Maui is the best). We hope the planned events will give conference attendees a taste of Hawaii’s famous Aloha Spirit, and encourage all to explore the Valley Isle and neighboring islands. E Komo Mai!
Business Meeting
In keeping with NCSLA’s mission to promote effective and equitable systems of alcohol beverage control policy through education and information sharing opportunities, the annual conference theme highlights the dynamic evolution of our resilient industry. From a 20-year retrospective of the seminal Granholm decision, the eagerly awaited legal update, to current modernization practices and products, we are excited to present a full 12-item agenda. If you are wondering where the “hot topics” will be on the agenda, please know that literally every item is a stand-alone “hot topic” this year! Be sure to attend the Tuesday afternoon legal ethics session – in addition to a unique curriculum, attendees will also learn how to include spiritual well-being to your professional skills quiver.

The Hospitality Suite is open 9:00 pm to 12:00 am nightly on the Mezzanine level (Waiokama & Waine´e rooms).
